Project Superintendent

Hardy Construction, a Commercial Construction General Contracting Firm with many roots in the Billings Community is seeking a Project Superintendent as we continue to grow within the State of Montana. Our team is a hard working, driven group that eyes perfection in every project and task at hand. Qualified candidates will be responsible, dependable, committed to quality, and trustworthy.

Travel throughout the region should be expected. Our Superintendents are on site at the location of the Construction Project.

Previous Team Supervisory skills and proven leadership experience needed. This role works daily on all aspects of the commercial construction duties from subcontractor management, job site safety, employee management, schedule details and timelines for quality completion of each phase of construction. Multi-tasking is required and therefore a highly organized individual is needed. Our Superintendents must be Tech savvy, and experience in the Medical Construction field is preferred. Experience utilizing scheduling software is a requirement. At Least five years of verifiable experience as a Superintendent is required.
